While at Amazon I have worked on highly complex and technical enterprise-level products, including Alexa multi-modal, and AWS IoT edge and cloud solutions. I drove UX strategy and produced end-to-end UX deliverables while closely collaborating with PMs, engineers, writers and scientists. When at AWS IoT, I also led a small design team and was responsible for the Device Services space. 

Before Amazon, I tackled complex customer service needs and demands at Expedia Group, by designing simple and intuitive software solutions for the agents who help customers solve their booking-related problems. I also made travelers' self-service experiences smooth and easy!

I came to the UX desing field with 5+ years of experience in Social Work. I put to work everything I learnt as a human behavior professional as I interact with my stakeholders, customers and direct reports!
